The huge crystal lagoon is for non-powered water sports only, (e.g. kayaking, windsurfing, etc.)
Swimming is not allowed except in a very small area next to the lagoon and during summer high season only (approx. December 15 to March 15)
The on-site restaurants are open only during weekends and Chilean holiday periods outside of summer high season.

Access to the heated swimming pool and the gym is not allowed.
